There’s a quote I’ve carried with me for a long time:
“A candle loses nothing by lighting another candle.”

That one line says so much about how I move and why I choose to support people — especially the ones chasing the same dreams, going through the same growing pains, navigating the same doubts I’ve felt.

See, I know what it’s like to be grinding toward a goal and feel like no one sees you. I know what it’s like to be talented, dedicated, and still wondering if what you’re building is ever going to break through. And I’ve watched people around me treat someone else’s shine like it takes something away from theirs.

It doesn’t.

I show love, I share game, I repost, I recommend, I uplift — not because I’ve “made it,” but because I understand. I know the pressure of trying to stay with it while carrying everything — the mission, the brand, the team, the expectations, the personal life, the setbacks. And I know that when you help someone else, you’re not draining your own flame... you're actually making the room brighter.

To me, it's deeper than networking. It’s about legacy. It's about culture. It's about letting people know they're not out here alone. Sometimes all someone needs is to see one person believe in them out loud.

So yeah, I support others who do what I do — because I know what it costs to keep going. And I know how powerful it is when someone reminds you that you still matter, even when you're questioning it yourself.

That kind of support doesn’t weaken you — it grounds you.
And it comes back around.
